Nikola Pekovic, the Timberwolves' 6-11 second-round draft choice in 2008 from Montenegro, had six points and six turnovers for his team in Greece, Panathinaikos Athens, as they beat CSKA Moscow 73-71 in the Euroleague championship game in Berlin on Sunday.

In addition to Navarro, the All-Euroleague First Team also included point guard Terrell McIntyre of Montepaschi Siena, 2009 Alphonso Ford Top Scorer Trophy winner Igor Rakocevic of Tau Ceramica at shooting guard/small forward and at power forward/center, Ioannis Bourousis of Olympiacos and Nikola Pekovic of Panathinaikos.


I will be in Vegas for USA Basketball July 22. Gotta be there a few days early...


Back to reality...anyone think I should be embarassed about getting braces?
