From Don Seeholzer/Pioneer Press:
Southern California freshman DeMar DeRozan is projected to be a top-10 pick in Thursday's NBA draft and a possible candidate to go to the Wolves with the sixth overall selection.

The 6-foot-7 DeRozan averaged 13.9 points and 5.7 rebounds at small forward during his one college season, but some teams see him as a shooting guard.

He will be the fourth top-10 prospect to work out for the Wolves, who had point guards Tyreke Evans of Memphis, Jrue Holiday of UCLA and Jonny Flynn of Syracuse in as part of a group workout Friday.

Davidson point guard Stephen Curry skipped that session and is not expected to work out for the Wolves, although team president David Kahn has said that would not preclude the team from drafting him.

Jerry Zgoda/Star Tribune on Corey Brewer and Al Jefferson:
They would seem to be the two Timberwolves players most guaranteed come November to be on a roster new basketball boss David Kahn seems determined to overhaul starting with Thursday night's NBA draft, if only -- particularly in Brewer's case -- because their trade values currently are diminished by their injuries.

Brewer, 23, expects to return to full-contact action in time to practice and play a game or two with the Wolves' Las Vegas Summer League team next month. Jefferson, 24, is hopeful he can follow Brewer's lead by mid-September so he is able to participate fully when training camp opens come October.

Austin Daye will not get past the Minnesota Timberwolves at No. 18.

It had already been evident that Daye had a guarantee in the top 20 and I confirmed that rumor. Then, I was told by sources that he was a lock to go in the top 18. After researching this scenario, I discovered that the team that gave him a guarantee is the Timberwolves at No. 18.

From Jim Souhan/Star Tribune: Who might be the next Timberwolves coach? Some of the possibilities are pondered.

Thibodeau began his National Basketball Association career with the Wolves under Bill Mussleman. As he does wherever he goes, the former New Britain High and Salem State star made a lot of friends in Minnesota. That, added to the fact that he’s considered to be the league’s top defensive strategist, would likely make him a popular choice in “the Land of 10,000 Lakes.”

Having interviewed for both the 76ers and Kings openings already this post season, it’s not unreasonable to think Thibodeau might be on Kahn’s short list as well.

Badly need your help. I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.
I am from Djibouti and also am speaking English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Booking new mexico vacation rental will make you feel relaxed in holidaying town."

With love :-(, Brice.
