Colorado athletic director Mike Bohn says basketball coach Jeff Bzdelik had a "casual" conversation with the Minnesota Timberwolves about their head coaching vacancy.

But Bohn told the Daily Camera in Boulder that he believes Bzdelik is committed to the Buffaloes.

Bill Simmons has Kevin Love as his guest on The B.S. Report (podcast).
Bill Simmons talks to Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love about Ricky Rubio and Minnesota's controversial NBA draft, the best young players in the league, Twitter and more.

Kevin McHale, the former Timberwolves coach, is talking to TNT and ESPN about the possibility of doing some NBA work on television, but he hasn't received an offer yet.

From Charley Walters/Pioneer Press:
While the Timberwolves, agents and Spanish DKV Joventut team officials try to figure out Wolves top draft pick Ricky Rubio's future, the 18-year-old point guard is on a Mediterranean cruise with pals.

Adrian Wojnarowski of YahooSports.com reported Thursday that David Kahn, the Minnesota Timberwolves general manager, will soon travel to Spain to try to work with Ricky Rubio’s current team, DKV Joventut, to lower a $6.6 million buyout clause, and allow the 18-year-old point guard prodigy to join the Timberwolves this season.

“If Rubio gets the buyout done, most expect Kahn will trade Flynn,” wrote Wojnarowski, a St. Bonaventure graduate who has a good track record for breaking NBA-related stories.
