I for one am baffled that Bruce Bowen is still first team.

To be honest, I really have no idea how this is judged. Duncan and KG make their teams significantly better on the defensive end by helping on rotations, talking, teaching, etc. Camby is a part of the worst defensive team in the history of sports. How good is he really on defense? Sure he jumps high and has good timing to block two more shots than Duncan or KG, but I'd rather have either of them down low than him. I'd have put Duncan at Center, KG at PF, Artest at SF, Battier at SG, and Kobe at PG (he can play there if I say so).

Bowen making it is a lot like the NFL where once one Guard or Tackle makes the Pro Bowl, they pretty much make it for life unless they get injured or have a completely AWFUL season. So yeah, I don't take too much stock in this. I also do not know know how they judge it. Mindboggling. I like your lineup though.

No doubt. Birk even made it when he was injured. Golden Glove is in the same conversation; it's like the Distinguished Gentleman where Eddie Murphy gets elected to Congress because he manipulates his name to sound like the dead incumbent. Ridiculous.
