College Wolf & I may or may not have collaborated to put up a hefty bet online on the Wiz +11.5 @ Cleveland tonight, and a small bet on the Suns +150 moneyline at Miami tonight...

if you took the Wiz you're going to be a big WINNER!

Can't believe they're getting 11.5! I live in DC and the Wizards have been talking about this game for a week. I may pounce on this myself

No vested interest in this website, but a nice way to pick games and compete against others with no $$ involved - or you can also sell your picks or buy others: www.provenplays.com

I can't either!

- Washington always plays Cleveland tough - don't they kind of view them as their "rivals" the last few years?!

- Washington and Cleveland split last year, and Wash is much much better than they were last year and Cleveland is worse.

- When typing in "Wizards +11.5" into my massive gambling spreadsheet, it began autofilling...so I looked back and on 12/8/2008 I bet on Wizards 11.5 as well. Only that was last years way crappy Wizards squad @ the Lakers (the Dec08 Lakers >>> the Nov09 Cavs)...how was the line the same for THAT game as it is for this one?! I thought that was a good omen.

I'll have to check out that website...

Cavs 112 Wizards 90

Sorry Bonk, thought you had it in the bag, missed it by half a point. Wiz were up by 18 in the 2nd quarter, then this guard on the Cavs ("James" might be his name? First or last, can't remember) got hot and put in a 27/8/6/3 - I'll see if I can find his name online. Keep an eye out for him, he's a little under the radar

On the plus (or perhaps minus) side Miller & Foye were a combined -30, and as is his Modus Operandi Deshawn Stevenson talked a ton of smack about Cleveland before the game and stank up the joint once he got on the floor.

Damnit.

Question: "Why do you shoot so many Threes?"

Antoine Walker: "Because there are no Fours."

Signed up for www.centsports.com today. First bet is Wolves +11 over the Celtics with my full .10 cents.

BTW... I was following the Washington game last night pulling for you guys. I thought they were going to just barely cut it at the end. Lame.
Thank you for the baton Mr. Kidd - Pretty Ricky

This is how the odds makers make a paycheck. This is why Las Vegas has so many huge beautiful casinos. Millions of dollars flow in every year from the losses incured by the gamblers. They never lose money in the gambling business. Put a pencil to it. If you weigh your wins against your losses in your lifetime, what do you estimate you have won/lost?

I know it's just entertainment, but it is expensive entertainment. Every time I have friends who want to go to Vegas to gamble I just tell them I am going to flush a $100 bill down the toilet and stay home. It saves me the gas.

Were you guys aware of the fact that Caron Butler is hurt? No one to guard Lebron. That's probably why the line was what it was.

Oh nm I see that Caron played. I would have gone w/ the Wizz too

Wizards -2 vs Heat
Dallas ML at New Orleans
Celtics -11.5 at Wolves

Wow betting against the wolves? Lol probably a good idea but I wouldn't do it.

Dallas seems like a safe bet.

Lakers probably is too but who knows, the Rockets play them tough and took them to game 7 in the playoffs with Pau playing

Wizz will suffer a Cavs hangover game against the Heat.

The Celtics have won by an average of 22 ppg so far this year.

How can the Wizards suffer a hangover after losing? Caron Butler is back. The Heat played an intense game last night against Phoenix and now they are tired and have to travel to Washington overnight to play again.

I love these 4 games personally.

Yea i know, Celtics are going to kill us.

I get the back-to-back games/travel angle of it but that isn't going to affect Wade. The Wizz will have a hangover because for some reason they think the Cavs are their rival and that was a huge game for them.
