I have absolutely NO ties to Minnesota. No family/friends there, no one I know that's a fan of anything Minnesota, and never set foot anywhere close to there.

I'm just a normal guy who randomly picked the wrong team to cheer for as a kid.

Roundhouse forgot to mention to add James Posey to that list. You'll enjoy it buddy, trust me. It's for everyone's benefit here!

Well actually I'm not buying out Posey bc I can't afford to. He's probably going to rot at the end of my bench and maybe fill in if my whole team gets injured.

He was going to buy out Posey who has 3 yr. $19.4 mil left on his contract. Tinsley has 2 yr. $14.7 left. I can't afford a buy out that big so Tinsley would just be stuck on my team all year. Posey is an upgrade for me and makes a million less dollars this year than Tinsley. YoLeo saves like 5 mil on the buyout.

I didn't know Swimmer was from over here. I would have no problem with him handling my business transactions as well as pants.

Hey Swimmer, for some reason the GM site's messaging center is broken or something and won't let me reply to the message you sent me. Lucking I copied it before I hit send.

Here it is:

Nice to meet you too. I had no idea you were from TwolvesBlog until CW mentioned that.

I did not know about agents not being able to drop players that have been bought out. That definitely changes things. From what I read in the rules, it says nothing about that except if you decline a player's option then you have to find them a new deal before you can drop them. Hmm, I'll dig into this subject a bit.

If you were to find these players cheap deals I think it would reflect positively on you. It means you're good at your job because these undesirable players would be out of the league altogether most likely without a new, cheap contract. Also you get paid your fees on the new contract they sign!

Thanks for the help anyways, I'll keep you informed on what I find out regarding buyouts etc.
