So I am anxiously waiting on NBA 2K10 so I had to start a new Association Franchise today.....here's my squad after some Kahn-esc moves:

STARTER / BENCH / RESERVE
PG Monta Ellis // Ramon Sessions // Ronnie Price**
SG Jason Richardson // Kareem Rush // David Wesley
SF Kyle Krover // Joe Alexander // David Noel
PF Al Jefferson // Kevin Love // Paul Millsap**
C Samuel Dalembert // Ryan Hollins // Michael Olowokandi

** - on trading block

Oh yea, and my first game was the sorry Knicks...beat them 71-58. On this game OUR Wolves are 1-0 to start a 29 game season w/ Best Of 3 series in the entire playoffs! We are on our way now!

Very nice! I always like hearing about peoples' videogame versions of the Wolves. Keep em coming...
Question: "Why do you shoot so many Threes?"

Antoine Walker: "Because there are no Fours."

Ha, thanks C-Dub. I think I can get far with this team. Maybe even get a good deal for either Millsap or Price.

Yeah, it's solid. I'd trade Millsap or Love for something nice.

Just out of curiousity, how many moves/signings/trades did it take you to get this squad?

, can't recall exactly but it was around 8 trades, a few free-agent pick ups & then moving them also. So yea, around 8 trades total. I manipulated they system with this line up. I just had to know the caliber of player I wanted to pick up in order to make a trade two trades from it.

I have been doing a 29 game season on 2K9 ever since it came out as well. I couldn't decide if I should be the Celtics or Wolves, so I am playing as both teams. My C's had 1 loss and my Wolves had 5 in the regular season. Both teams won their first playoff series 4-1. That is where I am right now.

MVP
Cs: KG
Ws: Al

Guy with a surprisingly high # of assists:
Cs: Ray Allen
Ws: K. Love

Bench guy who is wayyy better on this game than real life (Marko Jaric award):
Cs: Gabe Pruitt
Ws: Rodney Carney

Guy who is rated well on this game but I struggle with:
Cs: Sam Cassell
Ws: Mike Miller

Athletic Stud who gets tons of fast break points:
Cs: Tony Allen
Ws: Brewer

Underrated Big Guy:
Cs: PJ Brown/Leon Powe
Ws: Jake Voskul (we had NO center...I had to make one FA signing)

Guy who makes me curse at the TV the most:
Cs: Eddie House
Ws: McCants

My new favorite pick n roll combo which I unveiled in the playoffs:
Cs: KG to K-Perk
Ws: KLove to Big Al

I hate the fact that he's my coach on this game and have to look at his computerized face every game:
Randy Wittman

That's all I got. Clearly I'm struggling to be productive at work today.

Haha I fired Wittman and his whole staff & rebuilt it how I want. Picking up a new Coach, Asst Coach, 2 College Scouts, 1 NBA Scout & a new trainer. KEY IS.....they ALL have a "Master" reference to their abilities. So I'm officially as good as The KahnMan now LOL.

Update.....since acquiring a brand new staff I've gone 5-1. #1 in the West Conf & NW Division. I've had the following offers for Millsap & Price...

Memphis: Lowry for Price........said No.

Lakers: Farmar for Price........said No.

Nuggets: Anderson for Millsap.......unsure.

The reason I'm now not trading Price is because I put him in late against the Kings with a 3 point lead & he hit 3 critical 3's for the Wolves with time winding down. We won.

Millsap might be an option if he stops playin well, so as of now I'm not puttin anyone on the Trading Block just yet. For now at least...
