Mad Dog isn't going to win your many, if any games, but you still have to love the guy's attitude. He's a great teammate, great to the fans, and always tries his hardest. He's basically the perfect guy to have at the end of your bench. There's no need to drink the haterade stopnpop.

As much as we all love to rip on Madsen, he's not bad when you compare him to the Ndudi Ebi's of the world. You can say all you want about him not being a great basketball player in the NBA, but he's more effective when he plays than at least 50% of the players in the NBA.

Also, at the end of the day, the man does have 2 championship rings. Sure, he was riding the likes of Kobe and Shaq, but he at least played a few minutes right?

He's a future member of the Country Club. He's currently in training. It's like having a running joke at the end of your bench: "Oh look, there's the sucky white guy who never plays but gee, he tries so hard. Remember when he took all those 3s at the end of the game? That was so cute." I don't think there are too many more stereotypical aspects of being a white baller that he doesn't already possess. I think it's embarrassing. He's like the washed up guy at the gym who thinks he has to foul hard and dive after every loose ball in order to make people think he can play.

Is it his fault he makes $2M per year or what? That's still waaaaaaaay under the league average. I would take Maddog over any other 12th man in the entire league. I don't know what there is to hate about him. He proves his worth by what he does for the community, if nothing else.
