Game Thread: Wolves at Charlotte Bobcats (12/1/08) 3 years, 2 months ago #24817

Season Record: 4-11

We are bad, but so are they. Who knows... a toss up if I've ever seen one.

PREDICTION:

Wolves 97 - Bobcats 89
Question: "Why do you shoot so many Threes?"

Antoine Walker: "Because there are no Fours."

On the Minnesota Thunder's field we gave the Minnesota Thunder their only win and we almost couldn't beat the Minnesota Thunder a second time, plus they don't even play basketball.

We're horrible on the road so I say we lose.

Wolves = 89
Ugly Uniform and Logo Team = 96

Foye racks up the dimes courtesy of Gomes celebrating his new starting gig by dropping 20+. Ekafor is going to terrorize Big Al, so this game comes down to whether we'll see the 11/29 Skinny Miller or the 11/28 Miller.

Wolves: 86
Cats: 80
I have absolutely NO ties to Minnesota. No family/friends there, no one I know that's a fan of anything Minnesota, and never set foot anywhere close to there.

I'm just a normal guy who randomly picked the wrong team to cheer for as a kid.

I don't even care who wins...I just want to see Furious Foye instead of Friendly Foye.

Aww cute Cardinal and Love out there playing together. They look like father and son so pasty white, flabby, and slow.
Chuck Norris once challenged Lance Armstrong in a \"Who has more testicles?\" contest.

Chuck Norris won by 5.

Wow. We suck. I can't believe I picked us to win this game...

Big Al six blocks woohoo. Bad defense otherwise.

I called some of this... mainly Oaky containing Big Al. Foye had himself yet another solid game, though we could've used a few more dimes. Gomes was solid, but unfortunately it was too late. Skinny Miller showed up for this game, but unfortunately not many other people did.

I really liked what I saw in Ollie out there. We got a trillion bullshit calls in our favor on loose balls, but we did attack the basket pretty well. Mike and Gomes were torchin' them from the outside. Had Al actually played halfway decent this game, we should've taken it. No way Okafor should have been yackin' on us like he did.

PS: Anyone see the Felton-Richardson ally? That's going to be top 3 on Sportscenter for sure.

Even though he's had some knee surgeries, that was SICK! He is still insanely explosive. He and GForce Wallace had some awesome dunks tonight. I wish we had someone like that.

SIDE NOTE: Have the Wolves successfully executed even ONE ally-oop this season? I'm being serious... have they? How sad is that I can't even remember ONE such play all year. It seems like the opponents get at least one or two against us EVERY GAME.
