By the way, the reason I keep coming back to this thread and posting is because I can't believe how badly I overreacted to a few sub-par games from a 20 year old rookie.

However, under Wittman he did look like he could be a bust. Then, he absolutely exploded with McHale as coach. I'm not saying McHale is a great coach and should get all the credit, but rather, it's an indictment of how TERRIBLE a coach that Wittman was. I think he was clueless about a lot of things, especially how to develop the young players. I can't believe they gave him that extension, lol. It still blows my mind.

Don't feel so bad. Who knows, it is still early days yet, he could still be a bust (either due to poor performance in the future or doing something incredibly stupid eg. backlash over dangling his 10 month old baby over the balcony of his 8th floor apartment admist a flood of media or suffering from obesity and had to check into rehab or claiming to be an alien abductee... sorry been watching X-Files too much of late) - In short you have a greater probability of him failing than suceeding, then you can piss on everybody and say "I told you so".
