Season Record: 9-25

I am feeling 4 in a row. OKC is easily the worst team in the league, although they have been playing better lately. Then again, the Wolves have been playing well lately too (albeit against an easy schedule.) I don't see any reason why we can't win this game at home. Also, Gomes and the crew typically do a pretty good job guarding/containing Durant. However, Westbrook has really improved since the last time we played. He'll be a tough cover.

PREDICTION:

Wolves 113 - OKC 110

I hope Westbrook and Foye get into a 1 on 1 duel, ending in both of them exploding for 50 points (Each) until Foye nails a full-court 3 to ice the Thunder. All the while my 4 other fantasy teams (Which contain Westbrook and/or Foye) go on to slaughter my opponents this week.

Seattle - 102
Wolves - 97

McCants plays and ruins all mojo instantly. Jump shots not falling Supersonics win.

Foye absolutely blowing up right now. 21 points on 8-9 shooting, 3 assists, 2 rebounds and 1 steal.

Wow.

Foye just hit a 25 ft 3 pointer. Now at 29 points with 6 minutes left in the 3rd. Let's get Love in the game (I say we get radical and sub him in before Brian Cardinal)

Don't care how many draft picks we lose in 09, Who's to say that getting Blake Griffin (a third power forward) would be the answer to all our problems. Win now! I've seen this team lose for too long to play for next year's draft before we get into the all star break

Go Wolves

Holy crap. It may have been against the worst team in the league (and they might just be the suckiest bunch of sucks to ever suck), but that was still an impressive showing by the Wolves. Awesome, fun game to watch.

Hell, Mad Dog scored a basket. Just exciting.

Well I will start with this. I DVR'd that game so all my game analysis and opinions will be coming from that game for the rest of the year. You simply cannot ask for a better game to watch. Maddog getting minutes and scoring, it happens like once a year. Randy Foye trying to prove us all wrong for 10 games in a row. Big Al still no defense but cannot be stopped by random white guys. Kevin Love finally took a jump shot and hit nothing but net. Bassy looked solid with dribbling skills and hit a nice three. Gomes tried to be T-Mac and shoot the shit out of the ball and looked alright. Either way I wish we could play Seattle every game.

I'll do my best not to be smug. I'm sure there are many of you who was reading the Memphis game thread, so I stand by what I say. My prediction of Foye going off for 40 was actually pretty close, and Westbrook did all he could tonight as well. All I have to say this time is...

I was very happy watching this game today.

I have no doubt he would have met or exceeded 40 points if he had played in the fourth quarter.
