Wow what a game. I can't believe we scored 42 points in the first quarter! 129 on the game! We made 12 threes and shot over 52% from the field! Just a guess off the top of my head, but this has got to be our highest eFG% for any game this season! We outrebounded them by 20!!!

I'd say that the Seattle Thunder suck, but maybe its just that we we are that AWESOME!!! Foye, Al, Love... there is no stopping us now!

ABABU was a blast last night.

I got to yell at McCants multiple times about how much he sucks. Man, he really sucks. He even managed to suck in the scant 7 minutes he played of a blowout 40+ point win. He is a pile of douche. I don't think we could anything more than a trade exception or future late second round pick for him. Even then, I'd still do it because he is going to be GONE like the Dodo Bird after this season.

McCants not playing = WOLVES WINNING.

This is the attitude that I miss from you. Keep it up and maybe I will stick around a little longer this time.

I am reformed. Might as well cheer for these guys. At least until the last month of the season when we need to tank to keep our lottery pick!
Question: "Why do you shoot so many Threes?"

Antoine Walker: "Because there are no Fours."

What was ABABU's reaction to the victory? Does he seem happy the Wolves are on a streak?

Mostly indifferent.

I think he just enjoys being there in the crowd with all the sights and sounds. Also, he appears to be much more of a "General NBA" fan than of just the Wolves. He knows tons of stuff about all kinds of players on different teams.

I'm glad that he was ripping on McCants though. It made me smile on the inside.

Through my interactions with SILENT ABABU, I would conclude the following about his likes/dislikes (although like CW said, he seems indifferent on most):

He likes KG.
He likes Foye.
He likes Torii Hunter.
He likes Bryant McKinnie.
He liked Ricky Davis.
He liked Antoine Walker.

He hates McCants.
He hated Mark Blount.

Did he have any trade ideas?

Yes, as a matter of fact, he thinks we should trade yelp to yelp for yelp plus a 1st yelper.

It's taken me until now to gather my thoughts on this team. It'll be interesting to see the rankings from the different sources next Monday. We're definitely going to be middle of the pack.

Looking at it from Mwithers' view - this is a great thing. Playing the right way and creating a culture of winning is what keep teams like the Spurs on top while we're on the bottom. Perhaps this is how we begin to create a winning culture. I look at the Hawks and I see an org that toiled in obsurity like we have but suddenly turned it around by playing the right way and having some things go their way. We are a far cry from a playoff team and I wouldn't put money on us against Memphis in a seven game series. I would, however, say that there is a noticable difference in the past two weeks. McHale has obviously made that difference. Duh, Foye's not a full time PG. Duh, McCants has yet to figure out how to be an NBA player. DUH, Love shouldn't be playing 8 minutes a game. He's not a magician, he's simply making logical decisions, something we're soooooo not used to seeing!

Roundhouse on the other hand, is not an advocate for what he percieves as an illusion of competency. I can't disagree with it - to a point. Foye still has had 1 year and a half of mediocrity, it's silly to think 10 games makes a career. Additionally, at this point, outside of Al, Foye, and Love (maybe), it's not so apparent if any of this roster has any business being in any rebuilding plans.

The Daddy thinks there's some middle ground to be had. Foye is looking great (On offense). The best part for me is that I don't really enjoy AL a whole lot. This may give me another legitimate player to oust him in the elimination game next year.

Lastly, if anyone spews another word about "if we get the top pick it'll be stupid to pick Griffin we're already set there....blah, blah, you're stupid, blah" I'll cut my own achilles tendon and step in front of a moving box truck. The man is clearly the number one pick. To have valuable trade assets is a GOOD THING. Whether it be AL, Love, or Griffin - we'll get a piece to put in an area where we suck. This would preferably be at PG. So don't bother me with this tomfoolery every again. Thank you.

No need for me to get down, I'm cheering for us to win. That was a great victory, we looked like some semblence of a team out there. This wasn't your normal "beat the worst team in the league" win, we actually looked good out there. I think we can finally beat a team with a winning record one of these days.

Foye's playing really well right now, perfect time to trade him!!

Just kidding...kind of.

Chuck Norris won by 5.

Yep, two games from now against Miami. Perfect team to beat... winning record, eastern conference, no scoring bigs on the roster to victimize Al Jeff.
