SILENT ABABU told Bonk and I that he was going to All-Star weekend again this year "with Randy Foye."

Soooooo... did anyone see ABABU or Foye on TV last night? We didn't see him, but have no reason to not believe he was there.

We will try to find out more next time we talk to him...

The last time I saw SILENT was at the Wolves/Rockets game on Feb. 4th. I have not seen him AT ALL since then, and I usually see him at 80% of the games. Has anyone else spotted him in the last month? I am worried!

SILENT ABABU update:

We finally saw him again last Tuesday @ the Blazers game. He signed that he had been gone for so long because he was traveling for a wedding. I'm pretty sure it was him mom's wedding, and I'm pretty sure it was in NYC, but those are both educated guesses due to his lack to speaking and the interpretation gap that sometimes happens when reading his gestures. Regardless, he was back, and was yippy and yelpy and in good spirits like usual. This makes me happy and relieved, I was getting worried!

This is getting to the point where we might need a video of you guys and Silent Ababu having a conversation.

Regardless, next time we see him I will sneak a video on my phone and try to find out how to upload it to the internets.

ABABU hooked up with my boys & I during halftime of last Wednesday's game and we all sat together in the 2nd half. He was then gonna go out with us afterwards, but they wouldn't let him into Sneaky Pete's. This was ridiculous, because A: He is CLEARLY not even close to being under 21, and B: He doesn't drink anyway. Regardless, our night with ABABU ended there. Ahhh, Sneaky Pete's is overrated anyways. Nevertheless, our time spent with ABABU was grand. Just like old times, he was yelping & hissing up a storm, communicating rapidly with me, & messin with & charming people right & left.

Got the video you asked for. He hates getting his picture taken but I snuck a bunch anyways... as well as a nice 30 second video lol.

ABABU came with Bonk, his girlfriend, her friend, and myself to Applebees downtown after the game tonight. Very, very crazy time. Wow. Most time I've had with SILENT ABABU in a looooooooooong time!

I can't even explain it. He was a blast. We found out some very important information about the mystery man:

- He was born in Kuwait. Not sure how he ended up in Minnesota and liking the Timberwolves though.
- He apparently graduated from some university over there with a degree in something related to computers. We think it was programming.
- He's 36 years old.
- Also, whatever language they speak in Kuwait he is literate in. He just can't speak it since he's deaf and mute. However, he was writing all kinds of phrases down in his native tongue, and then acting them out and making us guess what the words/phrases meant. It was hilarious.

And he flipped me the bird via CW's camera phone tonight! I was extremely honored!

hahahahahahahahahaha.....taking undercover pictures and posting them on the web.....wow. Very fun night indeed, if you don't love ABABU, there is something wrong with you....I'm already excited for next Wednesday, as we all agreed to hit up some clubs afterward together, with it being the last game & all...

I've got a question - did ABABU pay for the meal or did he skimp out on the check? He just seems to be the type of guy who gets a lot of things for free.

Oh no... of course he didn't pay for the "meal." It was all our food that we got as a group. We had no problem giving him some, that didn't bother us. But after we gave him some he then pretty much helped himself to whatever he wanted.

For the record... I've never seen ABABU pay for ANYTHING, ever. I have no idea how he goes to most every game without paying, nor do I know how/why all the clubs let him in for free and also give him free non-alcoholic drinks. Everyone and establishment knows him (well, almost all. I am sure they are some that don't.) The man is an enigma.

Lastly, I highly doubt he's homeless or lives at a shelter or anything. Namely because he goes to all these games, but also because he dresses really nice and he's almost always wearing different, pretty nice clothes.
