Season Record: 17-34

With the injuries we've got, I can't predict a win on the road regardless of who we are playing. Big men are going to abuse us the rest of the season.

PREDICTION:

Wolves 94 - Wizards 99

No way we lose this. I mean, if we are to beat ANYONE without Big Al, it;s the Wizards. Their frontline is as smallish and no-D'ish as ours. Everytime I think we are screwed, I look at the Wizards, the money they have tied in Arenas and Jamison and I think it could be way worse.

I mean... Mike "no shot" James is playing PG for them! And he's having a worse statistical season (after joining the Wiz and starting to play heavy minutes) than he had playing for the Wolves. ;DDDD

Hopefully Courtney Sims will be part of the rotation by then. You just HAVE to sign a free agent or bring someone in.

Is it logical to have Foye guard a 6'8 Small Forward? That is the equivalent to Love guarding 7 footers at Center on D. Its not his fault, either.

Completely agree. I won't even blame Foye or Love for that either. With the lineup we trotted out last night, we have defensive mis-matches across the board. It is going to be brutal the rest of the year unless something happens, like a trade or we sign someone.

The only way we'll stay in games is if we shoot the lights out or the other team struggles beyond belief. Both these things happened last night and we still lost.

And this will no doubt hurt Love mentally too. You can't just expect a guy to get crapped on every night. Its like playing a 10 year old on a nerf hoop.

Love vs. Ming matchup...is the equivalent height wise (body type does play an equal role as well) of Sebastain Telfair guarding Dwight Howard. Great strategy.

Sims can post up. We need another offensive big not named Craig Smith to take bodies off of Love. And Soon

Wasn't Sims already signed to a ten day by the Suns not so long ago?

Well, at one point in the 3rd quarter, we had a Telfair, Miller, Carney, Cardinal, Maddog lineup. That is asking to lose.

The Good
-KLove had a typical Angry Whopper game: 17 points, 11 boards

-Miller and Cardinal played well

The Bad
-Antawn Jamison tore Gomes/Love/Craig Smith new buttholes

-Jarvaris Crittenton was VERY impressive in the time he played

-Foye is not nearly as good as he thinks he is.

The Ugly
-RYAN GOMES

-Maddog and McCants played 8 minutes each, which I can safely say is 16 minutes too many. Maddog has nothing left that can help this team besides cheerleading. In comparison, Cardinal looks like an all-star.

-Mike James lit us up for 4 threes, 3 of them in the 4th quarter if I remember correctly.

All I was thinking about the last few minutes of the game was how Mike James was probably having a mental battle with himself, wondering why he's wreaking "revenge" on the Wolves, even though he obviously didn't want to be here in Sota, but at the same time didn't want to end up in Washington either.

Roundhouse... when you post something like that keep in mind that some of us are reading this at work. It is not possible for me to read that line up and now say loudly. "Are you F@#$ing S@$ing me?".

The first half was possibly one of the worst halves of basketball I've seen all season long, between any two teams. Wow, was that awful. Missed shots, missed lay-ups, horrible passes, turnovers... it looked like neither team wanted to even remotely play. Then I fell asleep on the couch during the second half. So I guess I don't really have much to add for this game. I guess it was nice that we came back from a 19 point deficit.

Miller and Love look like they had good boxscores.

Our bench is beyond awful right now.

Antawn Jamison is a stud and underrated. How come no one ever talks about him? What a solid player he is. Very consistent too.

From what I remember Javaris Crittenton looked really good out there.

I don't have too much to say. Unfortunately, this season got a lot less interesting to me since Al went down.

That was a more clutch performance by Mike James than he had during his whole tenure with our club. Wow.

I was impressed by Crittendon. And Blatche.

I was happy to see The Rhino back in action.

It seemed like Skinny Miller was being more aggresive, at least in the 1st half.

It's just sad how Your Guy McCraps plays like such a sack, because he's now probably our most talented offensive player.

MadDawg > Collins. Thank you. At least Mad-Dawg hustles his ass off and plays smart basketball. And he's enjoyable from an entertainment value perspective.
