I dunno what to think about RUBIO. On one hand I'm stoked we drafted him and can't wait to finally see him in action. On the other hand, if he doesn't want to be here and stays in Spain for two more years... mayn, how depressing is that? If he really wants to play in the NBA like he says why wouldn't he come here as soon as possible? He could then get his second contract that much sooner.

Also, if he sits out a year and re-enters the draft, he damn well better like the team that picks him. Because you can't enter the draft more than twice.

I wasn't sold on Flynn during the draft, but I guess we're stuck wit him for better or worse. It will be interesting this year, that's for sure. However Telfair and Flynn s going to be super small. At least they'll be fast I guess.

I've got no faith in Brewer doing much of anything, especially coming off the ACL tear. Anything he provides is a bonus. It's a shame because I really wanted us to draft him bad! We should have taken Jo No though on the real.

Gonna be interesting to see how KLove's stats are this year. He needs to improve his D too. I wonder if he'll keep improving or if other teams will know what's up and shut him down better than last year.

Hopefully my boi Gomes plays more like he did two years ago than he like how he played last year. Personally, I didn't think it was bad, but his first year here was better. If we don't pick up his option and if RUBIO isn't playing for us... mayn, I would be beyond depressed.

P.S. Someone has to get Rubio to eat a Juicy Lucy. He'll never want to leave Minnesota after that.

We are definitely going to learn a ton about Love and Brewer this year. Love will prove if he is on track to be an elite player and Brewer is make or break. I'd say with Brewer we'll know pretty conclusively which way it is going by January.

With Flynn and Telfair being the only guys on the team who can bring the ball up the court I can't see them playing at the same time. If it wasn't for this Rubio fiasco I'd guess Telfair would be the starter but this team is going to have a hard time selling...

...to the fans. Though I said the same thing last year about keeping Love out of the lineup and that didn't seem to stop them. If Brewer AND/OR Ellington don't go gangbusters (by that I mean hit wide open 3's) it is going to be horrible.

I'm with ya on Bassy - he's my fav Wolf. Kahn must not think to highly of him, but just like last year, his play on the court should eventually do the talking & earn him some good minutes. I'm pretty high on Love too actually. And I'm with y'all - definitely worried Brewer could be looked back on as a huge bust. Next year might not be pretty. At least we seem to have some likeable & basketball serious guys as our core. Seems like some guys we can really get behind and root for. And I was definitely excited to nab Ellington at 28.
