Nice videos, wow those make me excited. with the athletes kahn is getting and rubio's passing ability is gunna = sports center top 10 every night!

Rubio could definitely be a special player in the NBA, I just hope he doesn't disappoint. That would be crushing to the franchise if he doesn't pan out.

Have you seen Ricky vs. Rose in the last game? Great Ricky; a very good player for the TWolves and for the NBA!

Yes, Rubio looked very good. I bet if he had started and played most of the game then Spain would have beat USA by 6-8 points. It's just a different game with Rubio in. He can control it. Here's the discussion for the game:

Neither team was going to show everything at this exhibition game but they got into it pretty good. Should be a close game if they meet again. Neither team can blow the other out.

A point guard like Ricky that makes everyone else better is priceless. Can't wait until he's making teams look stupid every night in a wolves uniform. 44 forever

There was a nice article about Rubio in the Sunday NY Times:

He even defends playing in Minnesota:)

Rubio doesn't come off big city crazed in that article. That sounds like more agent stuff than Ricky.
Thank you for the baton Mr. Kidd - Pretty Ricky

I think Ricky will like it here if he comes. All things considered, Minneapolis is a really nice city and place to live. It's just cold in the winter.

I wonder why a professional athlete would care anyway about cold weather. In basketball they are gone about 50% of the time from November through May. The other 50% of the time they are going to practice or playing a game. In the summer he will probably go back to Spain. Why should he care if it is cold? When he goes out he can get valet parking at some nice restaurants/clubs and go home and put his Mercedes/BMW or Porsche in his attached heated garage.

Can he win here. That's the real isuse. It's not the cold at all but he can't say that cuz then the fans would turn on him if he said that Minnesota cannot compete so I don't want to go there. He knows he might have to come here if KAHN digs his heels in and doesn't budge. He doesn't want to be associated with a LOSER team. That is the real issue. We're not the Lakers or Celtics or Knicks (not a contender yet but a premium destination). We'll have to be able to show him that we can complete for a championship cuz that's what he will be looking for once he gets here. We're already building a team around him by getting these athletics players who can run and dunk. The clock is ticking KAHN. 44

Ricky didn't play well in the Serbia Game (3pts, 3ast, 3reb, 2stl, 2to in 26 minutes). Not bad, just not much scoring and not many assists. The refs really let Serbia muscle the Spanish players. I think they would have liked a few more fouls called so they could free themselves up a bit.

But the other T-wolf Nemanja Bjelica on the Serbian team had a great game (14pts on 5/5 shooting and 3/3 from the 3pt line 2reb, 1ast, 1stl, 0to in 14 minutes. Don't know who he's gonna guard in the nba though, he's tall but pretty thin and weak but can shoot the ball.

Good game, Here's the box:

Nice, thanks for posting. Rubio should play more. Why don't they play him most of the game? Strange.

Good to hear about Nemanja Kukoc Jr. That definitely looks promising!
