Zing!
\"I bet Belichick is the type of guy who peeks at your controller as you\'re selecting a play in Madden.\"

\"Belichick doesn\'t play video games -- it\'s too difficult to hold the controller while wearing his five Super Bowl rings.\"

Which "Star" do you all wish we would have signed at this point that has signed with another team? Keep in mind the price that was paid.

Kahn has stated that having the cap space available means teams will be willing to trade an overpayed STAR to us before the trade deadline. He mentioned names such as Iggy, Granger, Wallace, and Smith. mmaland Not that we should have signed a FA. My question was which players on our current squad and how many draft picks does it take us to acquire one?

I think Iggy would have been a good addition but Philly was coupling BRAND's wasteland contract with him so that Killed any chance there. He's looking good now that his coach has his head in the right place. Look or a good year from him in Philly. He has a good mixture of offense and great defense and he can be tenacious when his head is right. Losing too much can mess a players head up a little and they tend to quit. And a defensive player must have desire for the effort required to play 'D'. One the player let's down a little the 'D'is the first to go. -Pistol Pete (who played no defense whatsoever).
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

Ehhhh.

I have almost ZERO confidence in Kahn being able to trade for any of those guys. And why would Indy, Charlotte, or Atlanta trade their stars?

I think Iggy is the only one that is remotely tradeable, even then it won't happen unless someone takes him AND Brand's contract.

I wouldn't hold your breathe that Kahn makes a blockbuster trade like that for a star.

Question: "Why do you shoot so many Threes?"

Antoine Walker: "Because there are no Fours."

Loved the article. I'd add Memphis paying for Rudy Gay big time. Although I would have done that before paying Joe Johnson 126mil. Especially after Joe tanked the playoffs. The problem is what if Atlanta or Memphis would have let these players walked-their teams would take two giant steps backwards cuz nobody of their caliabler (JJ or Gay) would have come to those teams to replace them. So the GM would have been dog meat. Now they will be cash strapped to build around them. Just like Minny was then the broke the piggy bank for Garnett. What'sa GM to do in the non-attractive FA cities? They have to overpay to keep their star players.

PS: I'm still pissed we didn't get Rudy Gay so we could have GAY-LOVE on our team.
