We gave him all that money for him to make a gold and platinum chain of a nut. A freaking NUT. You could probably buy a house with that or feed the hungry for years..instead you use it to make a necklace with a peanut on it. Come on now!!!

I know, right? What a total epic failure he was.

So sad. I can't believe we gave him that money. Gahhhhhh!

McHale will never be a GM again. How can he defend himself in a job interview when they ask him about these totally bad contracts and trades he did. Who would trust their franchise to an incompetant person like that. Am I giving the owners too much credit here? 44
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

Yes. There are a lot of clueless NBA owners.

Yes. There are a lot of clueless NBA owners.

Besides Glen Taylor? OK, I agree there are others also. Here's the current list of NBA owners (below). Who are the top 3 clueless owners?

My list of clueless owners:

1) Donald Sterling:laugh: - Clippers since 1981
2) Glen Taylor:angry: - T-wolves since 1995 (actually tied with Sterling except that Sterling has been clueless 14 years longer)
3) James Dolan:( - Knicks

Best owners:

1) Jerry Buss:) - Lakers
2) Mickey Arison:kiss: - Miami Heat
3) Greg MilllerB) - Utah

What's your list? 44 forever

Man, it's tough to pick just three!

These guys are almost all equally terrible, but I guess I'll say Sterling gets the nod just BARELY over Dolan. Taylor is probably third. Here are more terrible ones:

Michael Heisley
George Shinn
Clayton Bennett (scumbag)
Robert Sarver
Richard Peddie

And there are then a bunch that are just "so-so" at best.

For Best Owners I'd go some combo of Mark Cuban, Greg Miller, Jerry Buss, Peter Holt, and/or Leslie Alexander.

Are we grandfathering in Greg Miller? Clearly his father was an excellent owner and I'd be inclined to guess he will be too.

I'd bump Bus out of that top 3 for Cuban just for not being at game 7 and having his son look like a completely idiot. One thing I love about Bus is that he made so much of his money in sports by buying teams in now defunct lesser leagues (non-basketball) and working his way up the ladder to the NBA.
Thank you for the baton Mr. Kidd - Pretty Ricky

Please don't forget about the wildly popular song by superstar rap artist "T-HUD" that was played on Wolves TV broadcasts..... "Shut Em Down" At the time I was amused but he was also knocking down threes and dishing out some assists. The decent ball playing and the rap song lasted about as long as my pet fish ( they died after about 3 weeks after I tried changing their water).

I'm sorry dude, I truly am. I knew there would be some collateral damage when I posted this. It's nothing personal. Maybe if he was a better rapper it wouldn't have had to come to this...

Maybe Jerry Buss can give the Lakers to his daughter and then buy the T-wolves. YES! That's it! A real owner. Pinch me, I'm dreaming again. 44

Yesterday was jersey day at work. I wore my Troy Hudson jersey I bought for 10 bucks at a Wolves game. Only 1 person got the joke other than myself. Happens, I guess.
