I've noticed a recent meme from sources all over the internet but seemingly originating from ESPN (Yahoo is just as guilty though) that Love is a good guy and the Wolves organization is villainous.

I'd say this is 1 part Kahn hate, 1 part Love on team USA, 1 part Great White Hope and 1 part sports news organizations feeling they need to balance out their Kahn hate.

I am counting the days till we begin play. I am praying that we start the year off somewhat respectable and Love slides into his role of good player/ leader, Darko actually shows worth, and we aren't run off the court for having only point guards and wings on our team.

First off, Kevin Love is not all peaches and cream like some of these media people are making him out to be. Anyways though, we'll see how things transpire this year with him being one of our unquestioned leaders. He wanted that role, and he's going to get it.

I think they are mostly doing it just to rip the Wolves organization because we are such an easy target, and it's easier than going and doing research/work for a real story during this time of the year.

Maybe we can trade him for Josh Smith now. And why isn't Josh Smith on the USA team? He's better than Odom….and Love

Daddy is correct, they would never trade Klove. He's better than Carmelo Anthony, after all.

I will admit, he's going to be pretty fycking good. I'm not sure right now who is going to be the Wolves' third best player in team history in five or so years (Spree/Cassel don't count). Either him or Ricky. Number two is KG, while one is, of course, Corey Brewer.

I still would trade him for Josh Smith. Which of these would you rather see:

option 1) Ruuuuubio with the drive, Ruuubio turns the corner, Ruuubio with the Lob up top to Love! Love gets his fingers on the ball, corrals it in to his grizzly like palms, comes down for the pump fake, and another…one more pump fake and he goes up for the layup…….textbook off the glass for the layup.

option 2) Ruuuuubio with the drive, Ruuubio turns the corner, Ruuubio with the Lob up top to Josh Smith who simultaneously yams the ball over Jeff Green and grabs a quarter off the top of the back board!!!
