Yeah I put those together, however any third grade class could come up with the nickname the Thunder, I dont think the soccer team will look into it

Maybe they should, if one commissioner gives another commissioner some ideas... Isn't MLB cracking down on little league's usage of team names?

Obnote: I'm obviously not a lawyer and I'm sure the MN Thunder has several legs to stand on if it ever goes that way.

Hm... Perhaps we can instead go the other way and infuse a little money into pro soccer instead?

Disclaimer: I'm totally ambivalent about soccer. However, I will support more money for a MN team, any MN team, and less money for Bennett any day of the week.
