Thank god for that. The guy is an overrated primadonna. If they would have signed hime they MIGHT have reached the 2nd round ( Divisional Playoff Game ), but nothing more. And afterwards, we would still have had uncertainty at the QB position ( with TJ and Sage unhappy at the situation ). That would have made this season a wasted one.

At least now we get to see if Tavaris can consistently plays well, or maybe Rosenfels is the answer. If none of them works, they should fire Childress and let the new coach pick his QB.

I'm very very happy. I'd rather they not make the playoffs with Sage than win the Super Bowl with Brett. Being a Favre fan is just as bad as being a Packer fan after growing up in Minnesota in a family from Minnesota.
