Ahh the playoffs for the purple is finally upon us. Lucky for the vikings we have one of the hottest teams in the NFL coming into Zygi's Hood. Cowboys defensive has been very impressive over the last couple of weeks and the same can be said about their offense. But Vikings offense and defense also is a thing of beauty ranking in the top 10 in both categories. Vikings are going to have to strike early in this one to get what i think is an overconfident Dallas team on their heels early. Best way to do that is first play of the game hand ball to peterson who backward laterals the ball to sidney rice who throws deep to a wide open percy harvin for a 77 yard touchdown on our first offensive play of the game. Other than that if the defense steps up and we are able to keep a balance offense going all game we should be in for a good game regardless of outcome. ( and if childress lets Frazier do all the coaching  ) |

Yeah, I'm waaaay stoked for this game! I think we can win, but only because we are at home. The Vikes have been magical at the dome. If we were playing anyone on the road these playoffs I think we would have lost.

Of the 4 teams playing in the Wild Card round the Cowboys are who I wanted coming to the Dome. The Cowboys completely had the Eagles number defensively. If the Vikings WR's are sure handed on Sunday I think we'll move the ball we enough to win. Romo has been playing well but he doesn't have the resolve that Aaron Rodgers does if he gets down early. Longwell has me nervous. His kickoffs aren't going as far. He missed a kick. I think he might be dinged up. I think this game goes to the wire.
Boy I hope we get the Vikings-Saints NFC Championship game that has seemed to be in the works since week 4-5.

I actually think the Cardinals will win. And I really hope they do, despite wanting to see Vikes-Saints as well. If we play in New Orleans we will lose, no doubt about. We could beat the Cowboys and then the Cardinals at the Dome though, I think.

Yes the Vikings would be better off playing in the dome. If AZ's offense plays as well as last week they will beat the Saints. Both NFC games should be great.

For sure. The NFC games are gonna be great! Not really too excited for the AFC ones though. I think the Chargers will romp, and the Colts-Ravens will be a lot more low scoring or "boring" than the others.

I'm incredibly pleased the Vikings got the Sunday noon game. That is my favorite time slot to watch football. Roy Williams might not even be up in time for the game.
