WHY does he say things like this to the media?!?! Dude, I don't care what you believe, but don't open your trap and say #*@! like this! Doesn't he have any sense at all? God, what an idiot.

Here's the quote about not wanting Sebastion Telfair in the KG trade:

\"Sebastian Telfair isn't going to have an easy time sticking with the Timberwolves. Owner Glen Taylor confessed to an associate that he didn't want the former Lincoln great, but had to take him to get Boston to do the Kevin Garnett trade.\" - New York Daily News

I mean, if I had a choice I probably wouldn't be thrilled to take Telfair back either, but you just don't say stuff like this. First off, it will torpedo any potential trade value he could possibly have. Secondly, how does that help the young guy's confidence? You never know, he could still make something of himself and contribute to the team, but saying stuff like this certainly won't help the cause. :(

P.S. I know this is old, but I just came across this again... and I don't think we ever had a thread about this in the first place.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

It must be nice to know you're fate ia already sealed before camp even starts...WHAT AN IDIOT!!

You make some great points...we could've used ST as a part of a trade but now the whole world knows he has no value in our eyes, why should another team consider him valuable then??
