And there's no stinkin' way that what twolvesrubenation.com is doing is legal. I'm not hating, but there's no way it's legal. You need an NBA League Pass subscription from your TV provider and then you can login and watch the games online if you're away. While there's nothing that clearly states you can't broadcast the games from your website, there's no way they want you giving it away like that. Even though there's no clear statment, they'll always get you on the \"may not be reproduced retransmitted without expressed written consent\" line.
I know firsthand from the NFL who had their lawyers all over me for making a Patriots music video that had old clips in it. They'd freak out if I was actually transmitting subscription games. The NBA is more fan-friendly for sure, as they've actually rewarded me for video work in the past, but I can't see them liking actual games being broadcast.
I agree BUT you better not snitch. I, who don't have sattelite tv, am enjoying the \"free\" game that's given to me. I want to continue to get that and it would really piss me off if *someone* on this board snitched on the website 'causing it to stop doing what it's doing. Legal or not, this is the best thing to have right now. I mean....We can't have the broadband TV unless we are already Satellite TV customers which is a load of horsecrap. I mean...If you have Satellite TV, then what's the point of getting broadband if you could just sign up for League pass? Stupid.
