Timberwolves announced their 2007-2008 TV schedule. Does anyone know about the League Pass. Does it air all of the NBA games? Reason is that there are 12 games that are not on TV based on this list. Will I be able to watch those 12 games with the League Pass?

Does that mean they got 0 games on TNT and ESPN?

If so I only get to watch them play twice this year.

If the game is telivised by whoever we are playing, yes. If neither team is telivising, then no. This only happens a couple of times a year.[img] If the game is telivised by whoever we are playing, yes. If neither team is telivising, then no. This only happens a couple of times a year.

To tell you the truth, I'm not entirely sure how all that works with League Pass since I've never actually gotten it.

I do know that I think there were 3 games last year that I wasn't able to watch. I have Satellite which is the same as cable when it comes to watching the Wolves, I believe.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I dunno...I don't think I could justify spending ~$180 to watch 12 Wolves games that aren't broadcast locally. However, I COULD definitely justify spending the cash for League Pass to watch some Celtics games. So I do plan on getting LP this year.

Oh Man, I do envy you! I would love to see the new look Timberwolves, which will probably loose a lot of games, but will surely be interesting and fun to watch. But alas, once again another year without NBA coming up for me. That is highly disappointing :( !

I was highly impressed by the fact, that in USA (at least from what I have seen in Milwaukee), most of the Games of your local teams are aired by local free TV stations. Here in Germany, you would need an expensive pay TV account to see your local soccer (which of course is number one sport around here) team live on TV.

How I envy you...

Man... I want LP soooo bad this season. However, I don't think I can justify it after having Wolves and Vikings season tickets, so I'll have to pass. :(

I don't think anyone in Minnesota would get it for 10 or so Wolves games, however, it's totally worth it to watch KG and the Celtics.

I have no idea and am totally just asking... do you get any NBA games AT ALL over there? If not, that's a total bummer and I'm sorry to hear. :(

Also, I agree that it's gonna be AWESOME watching the new Wolves this season... I'm completely stoked!

What brought you to Milwaukee, if I may ask?

What's your status for your personal TV viewing? Do you pay for it? Do you get basic channels for free? Do you have satellite? That really blows that you have to pay just to watch local teams... :S

I don't get to watch them either. I only get to watch Pacer games which is the same as watching someone build a brick house.

Lol, I do feel sorry for you. The Wolves-Pacers game that I had to watch last season was pretty bad. No offense, but the Pacers suck to watch. I'm glad I didn't have to see the game that you were speaking of. They are so boring. I feel for you, I do. :(

EDIT: Fixed.

I WENT to one of those games. The Pacers scored like 18 points in the second half and lost. It wasn't really good defense either...just really crappy offense.

@ Ryan
I feel for you...somehow ;) ! But at least you can watch SOME NBA-Ball after all, even it's just a boring team. But honestly, you are not to be envied as well.

Thank you for asking. I would want to give a complete answer to that which will need a few lines, just as a comprehensive description of TV in the USA would, I pressume.

I will post a new thread in the off-topic forum tomorrow or the day after.

That's nice, but please be patient with me. Work's piling up in my office and I might need some time to get this post ready :( . But it won't be forgotten, promise!
What brought you to Milwaukee, if I may ask?
I had a girlfriend over there.

@ Sanyarin:

- No problem, don't worry about it.

- Gotcha, that makes sense.
