After Dave Kelsey won last week's B o/t B's, he moved past Sonia Grover and Stephen Litel into first place with 12 total points. Grover and Litel are only a combined three points back, and no blogger is yet out of contention.

But no one wants to fall too far behind; alas, here are the current standings, with this week's answers to a Randy Foye question immediately following.


WEEK THREE QUESTION:
Heading into year two, how much of a difference will one year of experience as an NBA point guard make for Randy Foye?

Sorry to DeROK, Sonia, and CW. I think that Litel smoked everyone. He broke everything down into categories and hit on everything that I would have thought of. Stephen even mentioned that Foye had formative playing time with or against some of the young guys. I think that I had heard that about Brewer, Green, and Jefferson. He also added the rumored story about the Wolves being reluctant to give him up in the AI trade.

Good job Litel.

I figured that would be the case. No offense, but I don't think you are completely objective when it comes to Foye.

You are the only one that stated, once again, that Foye should not be playing point guard. I thought that Litel did a great job explaining what he thought as well as breaking it down into sections of important aspects.

As a matter of fact, as far as what they said about Foye, I would choose Sonia's every time. I agree with her takes on Foye, completely.

Don't throw my opinions back in my face because I know how to differentiate my opinions from a nicely written blog.

I wasn't trying to rile any feathers.

I never said anything about Stephen not being objective. It was in regards to Withers and Foye just because we have had sooooo many convo's in the past. No hard feelings I hope.

I think for the most part I am pretty objective in regards to most players. Probably not about Gomes, however no one is really discussing anything about him. True, I do have a massive man crush, but once again I'm also not saying he's a superstar or anything like that.

I know Trudell is going to hate my entry this week, and I'll probably do pretty bad for the rankings, but it's ok because I wasn't going to sell out and just list reasons why Foye is great... especially since I've been saying for over a year that I don't think he's a great starting PG.

First off, everyone knows that Gomes is the ultra uber superstud of his generation, so no one would ever, EVER say he sucks!

As for the part in bold, it is part of the question... the question asked how his play last year as PG will help him this year. I'm saying it won't help all that much because he's not really suited to be a PG. I dunno, I guess I thought it was relevant. It's not like I was totally off the wall, was I?

Not completely off the wall but it was going in the wrong direction a little. I think your entry would have been better without it. And, I am being objective now, also.

Actually, although I disagree with CW on the point...I think his response was answered correctly.
