Ricky loves 4th quarters. I think Wes showed progress. He drove to the hoop several times with multiple good results.

Pek gave the Wolves another option. Darko was good to wear Cousins down and then Pek came in to overpower him. Jim Pete made a pretty preposterous statement, however. He said Pek is better offensively AND defensively than Darko. If that was the case he'd have been playing the past handful of games. He played it well today but you have to understand Pek is far from Bogut, Duncan, KG, Howard on defense. He's just standing there knocking people around half the time. Which I like.

Tough effort on D by Rubio. That is a hard matchup. Evans can really muscle shooting guards and go toe to toe strength wise with players like Kobe. Rubio played his a$$ off on D getting knocked down all night. Both were extremely bothered by the other on D, you could tell. All in all, another test by Rubio, another passing grade. He hasn't really been shown up yet. Surely it will happen, probably by Randy Foye B)

Everytime Jim Pete goes on a pro-Peko rant Peko immediately gets a stupid off the ball foul. Is it Peko getting juiced up, are the refs hearing Peterson and paying attention to what Peko is doing constantly or law of averages?

Miserable first 3 quarters. Very quiet, uninterested crowd. For good reason.

Pek supporters will be happy to know that he got a small MVP chant while he was at the line. He leveled Cousins some time in the second half left him on the ground for a solid two minutes, wincing in pain. The Godfather graphic/song when he scores never gets old.

Fully agree with RH on Love's whining. Totally out of hand, and SUPER annoying. Makes me like him about 15-20% less. And the worst part is that after watching the replays on the plays he whines he is generally wrong/has no reason to complain. Plus he probably gets away with so much $hit himself.

Wayne quietly showing signs of being a competent backup shooter these past 2 games. So, look for him to put up 4 pts on 2-9 shooting on Wednesday.

Still don't understand Adelman's 1/st half/2nd half big man rotation. No AR OR Williams for the 2nd half? Odd...

Rubio took some wild shots last night, but hit that big 3 towards the end which ignited the crowd.

And Luke...just...look: He makes some boneheaded plays when he runs the offense but that guy can SHOOT and gets buckets. No one cam complain about him anymore for at least 2 or 3 games.

i loved me some pek!! man i wish that big boy would dominate for us :) i hope he gets more min this year.

why are we not using derrick williams?

whats gunna happen when our team gets healthy? who is really gunna sit bench? webster=ellington?, jj=?, miller=pek? lee=still bench? beasley=wes?

i honestly feel like when these guys get healthy we have to trade a few guys. no way can we let some of these young guys destroy any value they have by sitting them.

Not only has he been making shots he is the ONLY one making jump shots. The 3rd quarter last night was just horrible. Make some shots for goodness sakes.

It seems to me that Rubio is drastically more careful with the ball in the 4th quarter compared with the 2nd and 3rd. He'll go on runs of carelessness and overly risky passes in the middle of the game. When the team misses easy shots he tends to try to do too much on with his passes.

Well said. When he got blocked and complained like a biotch that led to his technical foul, it wasn't a foul against the Kings AT ALL. He was 100% wrong with his whining. So annoying and sad to see. :(
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Because he sucks.

Because he can't play SF offensively or guard SF's defensively.

Because he is a PF that is stuck behind the best player on our team, on a team that is also loaded with other PF's.

Agree. And the crazy thing is he has played the most 4th quarter minutes of ANYONE in the entire NBA so far this year. Pretty awesome for him.

I cannot believe how much the Target Center atmosphere has improved this year. A Monday night win against a crappy team would not have had nearly the atmosphere it did last night in any of the past 5 Januarys.

Rubio is awesome. I cannot say this enough.

It was like art to scan the Target Center crowd after an early Darko turnover and see hundreds in near unison raise their arms in the air in frustration.

D-Will doesn't suck. He is a talented rookie. ROOKIE.

Wes drove to the hoop a few times in the 2nd half. It blew my sober mind. Did it really take him missing five 3's in a row to realize he it capable of stepping inside the 3 point line? Haven't the coaches been telling him this all year? Some things will always be a mystery I suppose.

Man Darko's body language frustrates me. He would join the MVP Beasley on the Horrid Body Language all-stars. Let's throw Randolph on that bench too.

Ellington was fantastic in the 2nd half. Seriously, he was awesome. I trust him being out there a lot more than Wes Johnson at this point, especially on offense and at the end of games. Ellington is a smart player, and he plays hard.

Tyreke Evans...I don't think i could name 5 guys in the NBA who I would want to have on my team less than him. All style, no substance. He's like a homeless man's Russell Westbrook.

Cousins can start on the Horrid Body Language All-Stars. Sorry Darko, but you are coming off the bench.

I could not believe the number of Jimmer fans I saw. Really?!?

I walked right by Tubby, and was all excited from the win, and gave him a "TUBBY" and a very firm slap on the back. I think half of him liked it while the other half appeared a bit frightened. That's what watching The RUBIO win live does to me.

Game ball goes to Luke Ridnour, no doubt about it. His 1st quarter has essential. He has really added a lot of value to our squad this year. 3rd best player on the team this season and I don't think it's even close.

I've been saying this all along. Tyreke Evans will always be the "best player" on a bad team because he's not good enough to single-handedly win games, yet doesn't know how to be a complimentary player either.
