I wanted to see if Pek has a block this year so I went to look at his stats (He's NEVER even tried to block a shot, that's a man who knows his limitations) and it appears that he's grabbed only 8 boards this year...ALL of which are offensive!? How does one not get a defensive rebound in 3 games? Come on, son!

I'm still waiting to see if Pek can jump. I don't think both his feet have ever come off the court at the same time.

We would be a solid team if we had a nice defensive Center.

Considering that what goes up must come back down...

Pek jumping = reading on the richter scale

He's a true beast!

I think Minnesota announcers are pretty fair. Bloggers pretending to be fans over at canishoops are brutal and vile towards the players and those that support the ones they hate most.

You, sir, are definitely going to be banned there now! they banned the Daddy for disparaging remarks about their site...made on this one. So they lurk here waiting to ban us. But there is plenty of good hoop talk at Canispoopus, not everyone sucks there. Waaaayyy too much group think, however.

And way to much group, too, I'd argue. Impossible to carry on a productive conversation if you, heaven forbid, have other things going on. No one likes just typing mindlessly (and you think I get too wordy on here) with a 5% chance anyone will respond to your comment, or a response critiquing your grammar or way of thinking. Id say 10-15% of the comments on that site are people correcting their own spelling mistakes, which is fail. Hoo carez?

Not sure how to box in a previous comment written by another poster here. If someone cares to help me out.

Yeah the other site sure thinks they are the upper crust. Their rules get thrown out the window if you defend an opposing opinion.

Yeah, it's pretty brutal. I haven't been on that site in months. Granted, myself and many others here at TWB have been banned for life. And no one from CH is banned from TWolves Blog. So I guess make of that what you will.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I live in NY, so I'm used to Knick and Net coverage that is actually really objective...I finally got the league pass and watch all the games....I never realized how biased local coverage is...The wolves guys are biased but not even that bad...The bulls and Celtics announcers, holy crap is it annoying...Hard to even watch a game like that..."We this" and "We that"..

YES. The Celtics and Bulls announcers are the most biased! Tommy Heinsohn cracks my ish up - he is guaranteed to think they are getting totally jobbed by the refs at least 30% of the games, those are true gems to listen to. Ahhh that's my favorite thing about League Pass is getting to observe the different announcers and local flavor associated with each team. There is such a wide variety. I would say the Wolves are slightly above average in quality of telecast (we could use more replays and sideline reporting though), and about average for commentating (some other teams have some really interesting and famous color guys like Houston with Drexler or the Knicks with Fraizer or Kenny Smith, but some other teams have really subpar announcers).
