I don't think we should expect Webster to become a 40% 3-point shooter anytime soon. His career average is 37%. Everyone's numbers were inflated last season because teams tend not to play defense when they are up by 20 and can get easy buckets on the other end. How many times did we see good teams coast for 3 quarters and then put some effort in in the 4th quarter and coast to an easy win? Love, Ridnour, & Webster were all in the top 10 in the NBA in 3-point shooting last year. THis season K-Lav is at 35%, Ridnour at 33%, and Webster will probably settle in at that range as well.
Not to be a Debbie-Downer, but that sounds pretty accurate to me as well, unfortunately. Our team mostly stinks, face the facts. Rubio, Love, Pekovic, and Adelman. The rest is filler/bench players/garbage on any other respectable team.
