Between Beasley, D-Charge, and Darko's D, I am speechless.

For real? I only caught the 1st half but my impression was that it was the worst effort I'd seen from him, maybe ever.

That would be why. Fantastic effort in the 4th. He shut down Blake completely, holding him to 1 point in the quarter after he was dominant through 3 quarters. I really wish Darko would embrace the role of a defensive role player. He could make another well-deserved/earned $20-$30 million in the NBA if he would.

I would do it.

Great win. This team continues to surprise and delight.

Beasley is hit or miss of course, but he is not a guy you trade for a draft pick and/or cash. Just don't do it. We need guys like him who have the ability to step up when Lorubiovic are having off nights or need rest. It's guys like him that are the x-factor and generate unexpected wins. With a trade exception and future pick on the balance sheet instead of Beasley, the Clippers take this game. D Will alone wasn't enough (although he was a stud like last night, good to see a game that says: 'that's why he was the #2 pick.' We never have seen something like that from Johnson or Flynn when he was here, even when he was starting.)

Fact. Every Wolves fan should be furious if they give away Beasley. Beasley and Darko are in the same boat basically. Accept their role and flourish or lament it and be out of the league.

beasley seems to be growing up IMO. if he keeps growing as a person, player, teammate, why not keep him at the end of the year? if he doesnt grow any further let him walk. but we have to keep him unless we can get a proven player in return, no more draft picks. also i think its time we start him over wes.

I feel I saw a lot of perimiter skills from Williams this game that could easily transfer over to the 3 spot if he slims down over the offseason and learns how to be both consistent and defend.

Yea, he did his work against dudes like Kenyon Martin who just couldn't stay with him. Against wing players he doesn't blow past them or get the separation on jump shots, yet he also has shown that he's terrible in the post on little dudes. But you're right, these things can be worked on in the offseason...while he trains with New Orleans after he's traded for Eric Gordon!

Yes he doesn't blow by quicker players... Which is why I said if he slims down. He's not quick enough to get past 3's or defend them. But I think he has a good game off the dribble that could transfer to the 3 spot.

Nah I'm pretty sure they'll probably be worked on under Rick Adelman since I doubt he's he has any interest in letting Kahn trade away D-Will after his first season.

But then again that's my opinion.

What a game! Rubio & Love were almost totally ineffective and we still won by dub digits to a good team on the road. Amazing, really!

D-Will on the come up.

Don't trade Beasley for nothing.

DarKo = Griffin stopper!

Of course all of these statements could change after as much as one or two games.

Great team win though. So much fun to watch.

I'm expecting a big apology from the daddy. The other rookie can play and should start at the 3!

Apology for what? That game has historic for ANY player EVER and won't ever happen again. He's still a solid tweener who isn't a two-way player and hasn't shown he's ready for 30+ minutes yet.

Will never happen again, I concur. First time in the history of the NBA that anyone shot what he did against the Clippers.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."
