Rubio can't shoot well. Trade him for Thabo Shefolosha and a pair of 2nds.

I'm actually more worried about Love leaving than Rubio :(

Keep him happy Taylor...

The Love contract looks more retarded every passing day..The only perks are the fact we will still be able to pay him more than anyone and we have cap room to give him help, so i'm not too too too worried about it...so we'll see

Yeah man, such a disappointing situation. From what we should be able to discern about Ricky and K Love or "The Great Bearded White Duo," we have nothing to worry about.

Where is Pek in that picture? Probably the photographer.

But the KG/Marbury era wasn't all that bad of an ending. McHale ended up getting a pretty nice package for him, and the Wolves were a playoff team for years. Marbury was a career loser. Not keeping Ray Allen is probably what hurts the most.

Enough about that.

Cool picture. Thanks for posting. time for Lord Adelman and crew to dissect Portland and widen the gap between us.

I'm done...but I can't promise I can keep quiet once Roundhouse and CW come flying back into the Clippers thread later this afternoon.

There is really no excuse for Love and Rubio to not have huge chains on in the picture like Steph and KG.

WOW. This is real? I need to go buy this. I finally cancelled my SLAM subscription 2 years ago after having every single issue until then. And I tossed all my old ones finally, except for like 4 that had special significance for me. And the Showbiz & KG one is and has always been #1. This is so cool. Thanks for sharing, fatherbigbagz.

People complaining about the Love contract in this thread proves what we were discussing on the latter pages of the Clippers game thread: Humans are prone to cynicism I suppose.

Why would I come flying into that cesspool also known as the Clippers thread? We had already explained earlier in the thread that K-Lav is really really good, but that I just personally don't find him that likeable. He is not very charismatic, kind of a douche, complains a lot, and I think he gets a pass on some things because he is The Great White Hope.

You have now taken over 3 threads with this same stupid argument. Oh wait, it's not an argument at all, it's you and wolfenstein writing lengthy posts that make sweeping generalizations and inaccuracies about other people who don't even care enough to write a post in response except for one post by The Daddy.

I'm just sad that you hijacked the Trade Thread with this stupid conversation for no reason at all. That's my favorite thread. :(

Beards > Chains
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

No kidding, RH does have a point here. No one is saying Love sucks or anything even remotely like that. As a big(ger) Love "basher" in the past, I have done tons and tons to give him the props he deserves this year. So what if I'd trade him for Harden and Iblocka... that's just my opinion. Doesn't mean I'm wrong.

And sorry if I am saying he's not as good as LeBron or Durant in that last thread where you guys were arguing... because he's not. They are probably the two best basketball players on the planet. You guys need to stop criticizing people that don't bow down and lick the ground that K-Lav walks on.
