Do you read that article on there about Love not being in shape? What is that. Way to be a leader Love.

Absolutely, I noted that when putting him in my category of least favorite players...And then interviewed the other day he specifically went out his way to mention how he asked the coaches about how his scoring will be affected by the additions. he threw in some BS about putting the team before his points, but it was such a half-ass effort. He will NOT be denied his statistics.
But HOW is he not in shape?!? He was just in the Olympics for crying out loud! Disappointing...
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

That's not how it went lol. He was specifically asked if he thinks his points per game will drop and maybe his assists will go up. He said he spoke directly to the coaching staff about it and said if he has to sacrifice points for the team to win he will.

So, he went to the coaching staff because he is DEFINITELY worried about his stats. They said don't worry. He then said in the interview, more or less, "winning is more important than my stats...but my stats won't go down." Aka, ain't nobody touching my fantasy value.

He said he didn't think his stats would go down that much and why would they? He's the best player on the team and the #1 option. If he's not leading the team in points and rebounds that would be extremely shocking

Thought exactly the same thing, especially 'cause Tyson Chandler and Melo are complimented to be in great shape BECAUSE the where on the Olympics...

In an other interview he said something like: not beeing mentaly ready, yet...

But I hope he'll get through & we all should be glad:

As a Minny fan we should be happy to have a top-7-player in our team, it happened only once before! And surely no other franchise will trade us their top10-guy (Lebron, KD, DH12, CP3, Drose, Kobe, Wade, Westbrook, DWill). Even the position 10-15 seem to be either untradable (Bynum), to old (Dirk, Gasol), difficult (Rondo) or surely less quality (Blake, Gasol) then KLOVE. We absolutly should be glad with him, we wan't get a better player....

I know it's only the first preseason game and a lot of Pacers are out, but I'm watching on some weird feed and i must say the Wolves look terrific. AK47's defense and passing is top notch, Roy is moving and scoring really well, and Pek and Love are their usual dominant selves. This team can play.
