Wow, they go on a 20-2 run in the 1st quarter and still find a way to lose the game. Sorry to say it, but this season is over unless they make a trade.

AK47 and Pek are the 2 best players on the team right now and that just isn't enough talent to make the playoffs in the Western conference.

Hate to say I predicted this but I didn't think we were going to win this one. Ricky looks like he's 90 years old and probably won't look like himself until next season.

The Western Conference is freakin TOUGH, especially this year.

We already have almost no chance at making the playoffs.

 :(
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

No, people thinking we are a better team without Love is extreme. Unless Kahn pulls off some miracle trade, I'm going to ask the Wolves if I can show up to the lottery for some luck for once

Again, you twist people's words. the Love that was on the court THIS year was not an asset. Fact. The Kevin Love of last year is a top 3 big man in the league. This guy did not show up this year. Instead, he punched a fridge. He got fat again. His bark became worse than his bite, and he sucked.

Sure, their chances at making the playoffs are worse. But who is going to pass them to catch Houston in the 8th? The Lakers? Utah? And will Houston really stay as good as their record?

The 8th seed isn't unattainable, if they can stay close to .500. Then if Love actually trains isn't fat when he comes back for the final two weeks, who knows. They might sneak in.

Unfortunately, Rubio is proving he isn't Adrian Peterson. he's going to need awhile before he becomes magical. Budinger isn't the savior, he's a good shooting role player. So there really isn't a ton of help coming unless Love shows up again at the end of the season.

Luke Harongody is available. Also, the Wolves could trade a 2nd rounder for Lesley Johnson. Also, the Wolves could sign AI, is he playing in China? T-Mac? Vince Grier?

Bring Randy Foye back. He's the scorer this team needs.

But anyways, yea Love has sucked big time this year. Shooting 35% from the field and 22% from 3 while playing absolutely no defense is embarrassing. The shooting problem can be partially attributed to his broken hand, but being so out of shape is inexcusable. He came back so fat and out of shape, this time he'll have an even longer recovery time. How out of shape will he be? I don't think anyone should count on Love coming back and leading this team to the playoffs this season.

Rubio hasn't looked good so far, but maybe he just needs more time. He looks really tentative and scared as if he's going to tear his knee again. His recovery worries me even more because he's working with the wolves' incompetent training staff. They clearly are not great at their jobs or else our entire team would not be injured.

Without Rubio playing like Rubio, that leaves just AK47 and Pek to carry the team and they aren't exactly the type of guys that can do that. Thus, I don't htink the playoffs are attainable without some kind of big trade. The Wolves are 5th in the Northwest and 10th in the WC right now. You also have to factor in that that doesn't include the Lakers, who will play better as the season goes on and also the Mavs, who just got Dirk back not that long ago. It's a long uphill battle to make the playoffs.

The Kevin Love that showed up against the Thunder looked pretty damn good. It was going to happen over the course of playing games that he was going to get into better shape and start shooting the ball better. I'll still take those 18 points 14 rebounds a game ANY TIME because as of now, this team has been pathetic rebounding and they can't score at all.

I guess I won't say anything is impossible anymore (see: MVPeterson single-handidly carrying the ViQueens to the Playoffs)... but I give the Wolves like a 1% chance to get the 8th seed.

"An uphill battle" is putting it lightly.
