:P I just got to the end of my last smoke of squares, and i wanted to start a lil blog about my journey to quit smoking. For the record, I started like 7 months ago. Any of you guys smokers? Anyone wanted to ever quit? Any helpful advise would be appreciated. All i know is it cost me a lot of money, 650 to 800 USD. practically a cheap car. Summer is almost here and I heard that the best times to quit are in the spring and fall seasons because the body isn't as uncomfortable with the climate with it not being humid(hot) or freezing(cold) its cool and one can detox easier.
It would be nice as hell if I can type a away this problem. Stay toned for my Quiting journey, I also wanted to blog about starting my dreadlock Journey.
Deuces.

Assuming you are talking about cigarettes then no, I do not smoke. Big ups for quiting. Stay at it. If you quit, maybe it will start a chain reaction where Taylor and Kahn quit at life.

Do that with the dreadlocks, my dude.

Well you've only been smoking for 7 months you're not even really a full on smoker yet. It shouldn't be too hard assuming you really want to quit and aren't just saying you are going to because it seems like a good idea. If you halfass it you will fail. Fall is the best time because it is so tempting to smoke during the summer and a lot less temptation during the winter.

To me one of the most important keys to quitting was to see smoking as the challenge to my self-determination that it was.

In other words, do you have power over these inanimate objects? Are you UP TO THE CHALLENGE???

Good luck dude. P.S. The scene from 80s cult classic "Challenge the Ninja" is free.

Don't mean to blog like crazy, its been a REALLY GOOD WEEK. I haven't smoked (As much) that's right my dudes, I fell hard but I had a plain. I wanted to slowly get the monkey off my back, and so when it was the perfect time came along, full heart N in total front lob, side lob and abdominal control to handle the forces against me. If that makes any sense:laugh: NE ways, its time.:pinch: its gonna hurt :pinch: :pinch: :pinch: then a   what was that:dry: now WHAT;) :( :) B) ITS LEAST THAT WHAT I THINK IT WILL FEEL LIKE.
Here I Go...I'll blog again in exactly 6 hours and tell ya'll the rest. until then my followers, post any support or comments and I'll get atcha, peace.

I feel sick, already. Just like I imagined, the process of quitting squares ant as hard physically as it is mentally.
Overall, I rate the pain 5/10. I slept good and all I will need today is a large cup of coffee than I'm straight. Otherwise, it's pretty boring Saturday, although its the weekend..5 days left tell draft night..I'll post another blog in a hot minute. Peace.

A cigarette a day keeps the doctor away.

Or something. ;) :silly:
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

A whole week:woohoo:

The journey without a soundtrack would mos definitely be weak..
And so I got a bunch of LINKIN PARK tracks and listened to it from beginning to end each morning to pump me up.
I love there music and if you get the chance, cop it.
What would I do without coffee, huh? Taste stuff:laugh:
A walk each day, and play ball a couple of times a week is my regiment now that its summer.
I got a couple of books too. Just yesterday I got Tyrese Gibson's How TO Get Out Of Your Own Way, and its nice so far..His insight of how it is being a male from the ghetto and how he made it out.
Well, that is about it so far, so wish for me the best, in my journey.
Peace.:P
