Looking through the code for the forum, I found some text that said \"Please do not try to increase your own Howls\". But don't rush to figure it out just yet. Because the rest of that line said, \"for trying ot artificially inflate your howl count, you have been given a negative howl\".
	The administrator has disabled public write access.

Lol... I'm not sure what you'd have to do. Probably something far more advanced than I am capable of. Oh well.
