1. Dallas-They have it all, if you ask me they will win it all.. Long as Dirk stays healthy, i truly believe this is their year to shine

2. San Antonio- I've always been a huge Duncon fan. I was happy when they won the series last year... I think they will still do very good

3. Suns--Any team with Nash on it i will root for, i think they have a goos shot at it this year.

4. Detroit, with an awesome offseason, I think they have improved. I have never liked Ben tho, but i still think he is a force to be reckoned with

5. T-wolves;) hey I can dream right?

I'll play, why not:


1) San Antonio - The champs. If there is any season they repeat, I could see this being it. Just a stacked team that knows how to play the game. Almost perfect chemistry.

2) Dallas - As Bonk said, they have to go through their tough times before they can win it all. I think they do well this season.

3) Phoenix - As long as Nash stays healthy, they are still the pick here.

4) Houston - Adelman is going to turn this team around. They will be really good. Scola is a beast, and Bonzi Wells gets along great with Adelman. I like them this season. I hope T-Mac and YAO stay healthy.

5) Boston - Especially if they sign PJ Brown or Juwan Howard. I'm pulling for them.

I agree with CW's rankings.

On a side note, I'd like to point out how wonderful it was for the Wolves to hand the job to Wittman when Adelman was VERY available. Maybe they put in a call and he shot them down, but I highly doubt it.

1) Dallas - I think Dallas is comparable to Indy of last year...

2) San Antonio - All the important pieces returning

3) PHX - Dropped out of my top 5 after first week, but these picks are from tues night

4) Detriot - My EC fav...

5) Boston - Wow. Sooo much excitement!! Great start to the year too!!
