I like it for them if he's healthy and accepts coming off the bench. For the minimum, and in limited minutes, he'd be solid.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

The question is:

How desperate is T-Mac to actually win a play-off series?

If he can and wants to play it would be incredibly stupid for him not to sign there (even if he'd get more money/playing time somewhere else). He's running on old tires and if he wants to win a ring this will be his best chance by far.

Yeah, I have to agree with that.

Apparently both he and Shaq inquired with the Heat, but they turned them both down because they thought they could be distractions.

Derrick Rose wants T-Mac, so it will happen. No way management does or doesn't do something to make him unhappy. Plus it's a completely reasonable signing.

Perfect situation for both sides.

Haha the heat are crazy. Um i could think of many distractions that team could have with the people already on their roster. With Dwayne Wade's Miami Heat ( from a bill simmons mailbag) not signing Shaq does that mean he wanted more than the minimum or did LeDouche not like Shaq in cleveland or did LeDouche not want any memories of cleveland?

The Bulls are dicking around trying to get assurances from TMac that he'll be cool coming off the bench. The guy is who he is no matter what he says now. PLUS there is no way he won't beat Korver for the job if he is healthy.
