This series is going to be great. Bloguin peeps weighed in and cast their votes. The results will be posted alphabetically. Here is the first team... the Atlanta Hawks:

Here's how I voted:

1) Dominique - Just barely gets the nod over Pettit, due to the eras they played in.
2) Bob Pettit - A big time stud, and is largely unknown to most casual NBA fans.
3) Lou Hudson - I don't really much to say about this guy, other than the stats don't lie. See for yourself.
4) Cliff Hagan - See above.
5) Kevin Willis - The fact alone that he played 20 years for the Hawks is enough to get my vote.

Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

He only wanted the Top 5 from everyone. Those guys surely would have been 6-10 for me. Just top 5, can't argue with yours then. Willis did play forever so he's at least deserving of your pick!

That's a great list! I would put The Chief at #10 & Jones at #7, but love the order otherwise. This is a cool series.
