In your opinion, what team could the NBA do without if they had to eliminate one team?

Just one???

The NBA could easily do without 6 or so teams. Bring it back to how it was in the '80's with multiple all-stars on every team.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Memphis, TWolves, Bobcats, Toronto, Indiana, Cleveland, Sacramento, LA Clippers, and/or New Orleans.

Take your pick...

Going off crowds I've seen this year Memphis, Charlotte and New Orleans would be where I would look.

Those three teams are good and young or atleast in the playoffs recently and the fans have no interest.

This is a terrible way to do a study. Is this Scout character trying to conduct a poll? I won't contribute to such tomfoolery. If this is part of a study, post it as such...

I think he's from Bleacher Report and uses our answers to make those article lists that BR is oh-so-famous for.

Here are some more examples for potential future Bleacher Report article lists:

- 31 Teams that Might Want Randy Moss

- Top 25 Sideline Reporters For Which to Send Dong Photos

- 10 Reasons why Allen Iverson Won't Make it in the NBA This Season

- Brad Childress's Top 100 Bad Challenges

- The TWolves Top 15 Most Exciting Wins from Last Season

And so on.

What do you think about all of this talk about the NBA contraction?? Do you think it will eventually happen?

It should because it would make the league better overall... but it won't.

The number of teams isn't the problem, it's the guaranteed contracts that kill teams. The number of productive players that come from the d-league and such is proof there is talent out there, they just can't get on a team because every team is stuck with washed up players still under contract. They need to get rid of the guarantee and make other changes so that small markets are on an equal playing field with large markets and attendance will go up.
