I would never buy a franchise to make money: to much stress.... And so, I would have a lot of money and then the choice would be obvious: auuuuu......!

I would buy the T-Wolves.

Then I'd trade K-Love for Jeremy Lin, David Lee, and Biedrins.

Would trade Beasley and whatever else it took for Steve Blake and Luke Walton.

Trade Derrick Williams, Wes Johnson, and filler for Kirk Hinrich and JJ Reddick.

Trade whatever is left for Mike Dunleavy.

Sign Matt Boner.

Hire Brent Barry and Mark Madsen out of retirement to be the new Co-Head Coach.

Then I'd move the team to Las Vegas to become the Las Vegas Blanco Lobos.

I would not by the Twolves nor would I sign the Red Rocket..he's too fun to hate.

Instead, I'd rather one of the historic franchises: Celtics, Knicks, Lakers, even the Bulls.

In that situation you have a built-in devoted fanbase, large corporate support, and lots of connections to any of those great cities.

Safe to say I'd do better than Dan Snyder: Let my basketball people make the decisions, stay out of the locker-room. Keep out of the media. I'd be aiming to be a less-visible Mark Cuban.
