Umm does Tony Parker even have any accomplishments outside of the NBA? How the heck did you guys vote him in???
Because he is awesome and has a funny accent?

Gross. Tony Parker never going to the HOF. Rasheed Wallace was a beast. Chauncey was better than Parker. Terrell Brandon was not THAT much worse than Parker in his prime.
C'mon now guys, he's won 3 titles and a Finals MVP. That's pretty damn good right there. Plus he's young and will still be able to add to his pretty stellar career.

Mark Madsen has 2 rings. Fyck rings. The Spurs should be disbanded as a franchise. Can't wait till Manu retires. the demise of that team is great. All those years of beating the shyt out of the Wolves...
Yeah, but I think Parker had a little more to do with winning titles than Mark Madsen did...

I don't like the Spurs either. In fact, I borderline hate them. But I still respect them.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I respect Parker's ability to court women. Manu's ability to kill bats. And Duncan's ability to court men.

Call For The Hall: The Western Conference

Surprised how many IN's were picked. I'd say Wade and LeBron are locks.
I would have voted
OUT - Billups, Manu, Parker, Peja, Grant Hill

Grant Hill is my hardest pick because he has those all star games but he wasn't good for a long enough time. Plus he devastated teams with his injuries.

IN - Carmelo

On their way with time - KD, DWill, CP3

Catching up... Grant Hill and Jason Kidd were the two most versatile players in the league in the late nineties, a time when pretty much everyone else besides sHACKuille was awful. They catered to the purist in me and for this I respect them.

Also I think you have to respect Hill's ability to change from a lead dog into a role player almost seamlessly and to continue contributing when other similar players (cough- Penny Hardaway) have faded into the shadows.

Paint me a Dukie if you will but Grant Hill ought to be a HOFer. Peja? Did he have a ridonkulous European career or something?

Good post Wolfenstein.

Peja had a pretty good Euro career, but regardless, I don't think he's close to being HOF worthy. He was good in the NBA, but not a game-changer by any means.

We'll Peja was definitely a the Pull the Rug out All Stars. Regular season studs who completely lose their game in the playoffs doom their teams.

Definitely. That doesn't help his cause at all.

'Sheed deserved more love. I'm just glad the consensus voted him IN to the HOF.

Very good player but I don't see him in there. When he was good he was always on great group assemble teams (Blazers and Pistons). He was only the clear cut the best/go-to guy on his team from 2000-02 in Portland.

How many years was Pippen the clear cut go-to guy?

Better example, Manu and Parker?

Rasheed Wallace is one of the most awesome human beings ever. He should be in the HOF and in the 2012 presidential race. Shaq/Sheed Ticket.

I thought overall the guys let too many people in. I tried to be more stringent with my votes. But I think G - Hill has to be in there.

Definitely. He's GOTTA be one. Plus his NCAA career was amazing.
