If Lebron doesn't win MVP this year I'm going to send hate mail to the NBA every day for a year for allowing that to happen. He defines the term \"most valuable player\".

With him, they can reach the Finals, without him, they're one of the worst teams in the league. How can there be a more valuable player to his team.

I'm sick of this \"best player on the best team\" garbage (Dirk cough cough)

True... but I think it has some merit. I think if the Celtics have the #1 record in the league KG should get the MVP, otherwise under all other scenarios Lebron should get it.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Roundhouse i agree on the best team pert. Yet Dirk is still a very good player worthy of that title. Same with Nash and Timmy.
Will lebron win, idk. But all im saying is Dirk deserves it imho.

but if you ask me who should win most energetic team player: Mad Dog;)

Sadly, I fear that the election criteria are unclear even to the voters...

...if I take into account the argument roundhouse made, I think that this exactly the case why Kobe ist still sans an MVP title. This year, it might be something different, but over the last seasons, how mny games would the Lakers have won without Kobe? Or if you had replaced Kobe with say...Jason Richardson (a guy worth 20 pts/pg on it's own)...like ten?

But I guess no matter what the criteria actually are, LeBron has a huuuuge chance of winning it this year and it would be well deserved. Can't think of anyone who does more with less...

I completely, completely agree.

LeBron is the best player in the league. Period.
