Musgrave is calling passes when the team should be passing. So he is by comparison a HUGE upgrade over the last regime (especially given the rookie QB factor). He is too conservative for me to rave about. Why oh why no flea flickers with AP to keep the DB's honest?

Because AP's garbage, in decline, and clearly ten times inferior to Jonathan Stewart.

In all seriousness, Jonathan Stewart is now my third favorite RB behind AP & Cap'n Stack Jack's namesake. I also illogically argue that Marion Barber & Maroney are top tier backs with anyone who listens simply because they saved me from a severe ass beating one time.

Also, I really hope the Vikes worry more about the O-line and the secondary this off-season than WR. I know many folks disagree, but Jenkins, Harvin, etc. are beginning to at least keep defenses a bit more honest. Hopefully they keep building synergy together to remain competent. Our secondary and O-line, on the other hand, are nowhere near competent. I'd rather just suicide blitz every play than pretend that we're covering any receivers for real.

All things being equal I draft in this order

1. OL
2. DL - When you let this get old before you reload you are in huge trouble
3. Secondary
4. WR

If there is a clear cut super stud at any of those positions I'd take that guy (AP style). At WR specifically I don't think you ever draft for need in the 1st round.

Hopefully we keep losing. And then there are only two guys we should be looking at drafting at the top of the draft next year: Blackmon or Kalil.
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

Word on the street is that CW can take care of this by himself!

I know Blackman exists, I don't know if he'll be available when the Vikings pick.

We could have a top 5 pick. We don't have many winnable games left, if any.

The NFL has rarely if ever been as bad as it is this year.

Chicago, Washington, Detroit, Denver, ATL and Oakland are all beatable if things go our way.

For what ever reason we got the Panthers and Vikings game in Seattle this weekend, it was a good game, watching AP is a treat. He runs so upright, you always think he will get smashed but he never does and he usually does the smashing, even with a bad record you guys are pretty lucky to get to watch him every week. And Ponder already looks better than TJack does in Seattle! Gawd I hate being tortured by having to watch Seattle games cause they rarely show double headers when they are on.

Wow, that's brutal. No other games to watch AND you have to watch the crappy Seahawks led by TarVar. I feel your pain.

But yes, watching AP every week is a pleasure. Can't take that for granted. He's one of the best ever.
