You're pretty demanding, don't you think
 Here's a scenario.. We suck this year and land pick #1 or #2 = Derrick Rose. Miami sucks as well, but not quite as much as we do. That means that they get the number 8 spot in the East, with the 15th worst record in the league. That means we get their first round pick (from the Ricky Avis trade). After that we trade up to draft Roy Hibbert with #4 or #5. Foye is the way to do that. Bingo! We have a young and very talented team with Rose, Brewer, Gomes, Jefferson, Hibbert, Smith and McCants. Later that off-season we pick up Emeka Okafor at FA = DAMN! |

I think we could trade Foye + Filler + #15 pick (or so) to move up to the 5th pick or so pick. I'd do that in a heartbeat if we also were able to land Derrick Rose previously to that. Wow, our team would be stacked for years. Sadly, I'm sure this won't be happening. |
