Tonight the Gophers play a very tough Purdue team in West LaFayette.

The Boilermakers are ranked 4th in the nation while, last I checked, the Gophers had received one vote at a ranking...

Needless to say this is gonna be a fun one, and I believe we can knock em off.

Westbrook and Hoffarber have been great leaders thus far! Too bad this Mbakwe business couldn't have been resolved, for better or worse, as well as Mr. White...oh well.

Refs completely pissed me off tonight with their calls. ( caused me to shatter my remote) They should understand that in Big 10 play it is going to be physical and if you're going to call fouls on one team you better be making the same calls on the other side. Refs completely failed to do this because it seemed to me all the ticky tack fouls went against the gophers. That being said Purdue is a great basketball team and showed their dominance tonight. They can make that outside three and if that isn't falling they can go down to their bigs down low. Purdue could go deep in March/April. Gophers are the same old gophers. They scored in bunches and then wouldn't make a bucket for 5 minutes which you can ill afford to do against top teams. Mbwake could have been a huge help tonight because the Gophers couldn't get their half-court office running very well. Some of which can be attributed to foul trouble.
