Boy am I glad those young men aren't destroying their bodies with things like FUCKING tea. Really? They are absolutely entitled to make their own rules as long as they are transparent, which they seem to be. I'll just not be rooting for them ever again.

So did someone tell on him for having sex? What happens if he was caught with a little chai tea or some Brueggers coffee with his bagel? Ludicrous. I'd rather be forced to watch a Meet the Browns marathon than root for this team.

I actually agree with BYU. No i might not agree with their honor code, but the fact is they stuck to it. That is HUGE!! These days colleges too easily closes there eyes to a bad thing a key player does just to make sure they can still compete. It's not like Davies didn't know the honor code he was a sophomore. So I back BYU under this one.

I'd be against BYU persecuting anyone like this. That fact that he knew the rule has no bearing to me. There are still states around with anti-sodomy laws. Gay people probably know they exist and I wouldn't bash them for not moving to a different state when some random cop/prosecutor gets it into his mind to enforce one.

Random Tangent: it's funny how nowadays, in a lot of situations, work experience trumps GPA and it isn't even close. I know a lot of people who studied their asses off, not working or gaining experience, and graduated with a 3.95, but didnt have the experience to get a great job outta college. Some people have both, and that's great, but not the point.

Just a weird concept when you step back and think about it.
