WASHINGTON -- Pete Carroll met with Redskins owner Daniel Snyder for nine hours recently, but both sides decided not to pursue the possibility of the USC coach heading to Washington.

Wait a second... HOW could they possibly meet for NINE freakin hours!?!? How is that possible??? And then, they simply decided to \"pursue no further.\" Is anyone else incredulous about this?
I mean, did they go to an all you can eat buffet in the morning and then just stay until supper time? Were they at a fantabulous all you can drink strip club??? Those are the only two possible and excusable explanations I can come up with.
