First game was ok...played decently but it looked like the exact failure of a team from last year.
Ricky Davis was lights out. He popped them threes like nothing. BUT, like last season, I am questioning his garbage ball handinling skills. Too often he goes around screens and falls onto his side and one of his hands is ont he ground. WTF?
Randy Foye was rusty as f***. Hardly any passing and was playing more of a SG than a PG. He usually passed to RD to make the plays. He also airballed a few...
Al Jefferson looked great for how much he actually got the ball. I remember him posting up, doing a little spin move and hard getting to the rim but still throwing it down. He will have a big year if we use him to his potential.
Telfair looked good to me. He did some of the things we have been looking for a in a PG but sometimes looked like a Randy Foye clone out there. His slashing skills o the basket were great.
Juwana Man looked like he didn't want to be there it seemed like. He didn't play with any energy and played like he was disapointed to still be on this team.
McCants looked like he has improved a lot. He slashed to the basket, took some threes off SCREENS, and showed some of his talent we have been waiting for.
Brewer wasn't surprising. He showed rookie mistakes but played some decent defense.
WAIT...JARIC PLAYING POINT GUARD!?!?!?!?

:X:X:X:X
The NEXT preseason game I want to see more from C Smith, Blount, and Foye...
