Even with McCants (if healthy) and Theo back, I don't see us winning this one on the road. LA (aka Kobe) is playing very good right now.

PREDICTION:

Wolves 97 - Lakers 113
Question: "Hey Antoine Walker, why do you shoot so many 3's?"

Answer: "Because there are no 4's."

I dont see the wolves coming out with the win in this one! and dont see myself enjoying too much of this game! between Kobe shooting everytime he touches the ball, and Jarik running the point.

Wolves lose- 88-103

The optimist is here...

Wolves 90 Lakers 89

Brewer shuts down Bryant ---> Bryant shoots 5/15 with 25 free throws. Our team is a foul magnet.

Al Jefferson gets 20 pts 20 rebs.
McCants plays on crutches and drops five three pointers.

When is Odom back? Hopefully against us...

Luke Walton is good now? WTF? I am soo confused at his Magic-esque passing.

Wolves 94 - Lakers 102: We fall behind in the fourth after Jaric is ejected for crotch kicking Walton.

Lakers 110
Wolves 92

I like the way the Lakers are playing thus far, and I feel like we are about due for a bad start and a blowout loss. Plus, Odom may be back, and if so, he's gonna tear it up. With Odom's smoothness, Luke Walton's underrated all-around game, Bynum's bigman skills, and Ronnie Turiaf's contagious energy, the Lakers won't even need Kobe to take us out in this game.

Not sure...I've just always had it saved on my computer. It would be kinda easy to make if someone really wants me to with a picture.

Maybe mad dogg?

Can someone explain to me why McCants was DNP'ed??? This was one game where his contributions would've helped IMMENSELY.

And also, another game where Toine played miniscule minutes(12 tonight)....I guarantee you this will get ugly between Walker and Wittman if this crap continues for too long. I know that Wittman wants to give most of the minutes to his young guys and all but he's not even giving #24 a shot here and while he is a true professional through and through, one's pride can only take so much abuse.

At least we know for certain that Jefferson is indeed the Heir Apparent to KG....but I also know that Wittman will not be the Head Coach that would oversee Big Al go to greater heights in the future....

Shaddy was DNP'd due to injury. I actually think this team will be able to hold it's own with him and Foye in the rotation. Unfortunately, if we get off to a 1-9 start before they're both back, the season's probably sunk. 0-4 ouch! We definitely need to beat up on Sacto.

I can't tell you how nice it is to have a post presence like Jefferson. He's going to be a stud. Actually, he already is. He's going to be amazing. That contract was a steal!

Why is it that no matter what type of team we put out on the floor, this team can't get to the free throw line? We've been through Flip, Casey, and now Wittman. We've had a good 4-5 near-completely different lineups in that span. What's going on?

All of these games so far have reminded me of our team last year.

Al Jefferson = KG : Puts up exact same numbers as KG did.
Gomes/McCants = RD : Similar playing & numbers kinda

I can't wait til Foye gets back. (Had to get that in!)

I think the Wolves will get their first win of the season, 104-92. We don't play until Wednesday (against the Kings again?) so they better play hard.

Tough loss. Didn't watch the game since I was gone, but looks like Big Al owned again.

Definitely could have used Foye and McCants, as much as I hate to admit it.

The Free Throw disparity is sickening this season. Between that and the ungodly amount of fouls we commit every game, it's going to be tough to win any at all.
