I underestimated Walker. I thought we'd at least have another week or two before he starting b****ing about his playing time.

We brought him here because it was the only way we could get rid of Blount. Nothing more.

I still like Walker regardless. In a way, he has a point. If Wittman is not going to play him, then just buy him out and get it over with so he can go elsewhere(yes, there are teams that would give him a look especially on the cheap).

As correctly stated, he is NOT a part of this future. The future looks bright enough as it is. I just don't see where Antoine fits in this equation....


Walker stated before the season started that he wanted to see if he can make this work before even thinking of \"buyouts\" and the like....I'm sure he is trying very hard but if the Coach is unwilling to even give him a real chance, then I think the time has come for them to part ways.


Am I disappointed? A little. Am I surprised? Not at all. It's not like Walker is in the twilight of his career. People forget that he's only 31 so he has plenty of b-ball left in him.

We are not concerned if you are fullfilled. We want to develop a winning basketball team. The NBA allows each team to have 15 players. No one plays all 15 players. Your job is to sit on the end of the bench and be ready in case we have some injurys. That is the job of everyone who sits at the end of the bench. the only difference is you get paid a whole lot more. If you are really that good, someone will offer us a lot to trade for you and then we will. Until then count your blessings.

How about a Toine trade for Eric Snow? Snow doesn't even want to do anything but stay with his family in ATL. He doesn't even have to suit up or come to the games, just stay at home, stay in shape and be ready in case Foye and Telfailure get injured.
